Our Independence

Civic Revival USA operates as an independent, privately held organization. We are not a nonprofit, not a political action committee (PAC), and not affiliated with any political party or candidate. Our advocacy is guided solely by the values we believe strengthen American democracy and civic life.

The policy positions we promote reflect the minimum standards we expect from any candidate or public leader who seeks to earn our support. These standards are rooted in the three guiding principles of Freedom, Truth, and Unity — the foundation of Civic Revival USA’s mission to restore faith in democracy and promote inclusive patriotism. Our positions are not based on ideology or partisanship, but on the belief that a healthy democracy requires integrity, transparency, and respect for the constitutional rights of every citizen.

We speak as independent citizens, not as representatives of any campaign. Our goal is to encourage informed participation, uphold democratic values, and inspire Americans to work together for the common good.

National Policy Principles

Minimum policy positions supported by Civic Revival USA.

Our Stance:
Civic Revival USA stands for secular governance, evidence-based policy, and universal human dignity. Democracy thrives when citizens trust their government, participate actively, and see their voices matter.

Goal:
Restore civic pride, strengthen democratic institutions, and ensure government represents all Americans.

Why It Matters:

  • More than 80% of Americans believe democracy is the best form of government but want it to function more effectively.
  • Roughly 70% support easier voting access and secure systems.
  • Most agree that religion should guide personal lives, not public lawmaking.

What We Support:

  • Make Election Day a national holiday and a true celebration of our Democracy.
  • Nonpartisan civic education in every public school and college campus.
  • Strict separation of church and state while fully protecting religious freedom.

Our Stance:
A strong economy is measured not by stock prices, but by whether ordinary Americans live with dignity and opportunity. Economic power must serve democracy, not dominate it.

Goal:
Create an economy that serves people, not the other way around.

Why It Matters:

  • Over 75% of Americans agree inequality is too high and that corporations and the wealthy should pay their fair share.
  • The cost of living and healthcare are top bipartisan concerns.
  • Most Americans support fair taxation and wage protections.

What We Support:

  • Closing corporate loopholes; fair taxation that ensures everyone contributes.
  • Expanding affordable healthcare and lowering prescription drug costs.
  • Healthcare is a basic human right, not a luxury. In the absence of free-universal healthcare for all, monthly premiums should be formulated on a sliding scale by income level to ensure common sense fairness. Cap premiums between 5-8% for low to moderate income earners, and up to a 10% maximum for higher incomes.
  • Worker protections: fair wages, safe conditions, and the right to organize.
  • Investment in clean-energy jobs, infrastructure, and small businesses.

Our Stance:
Freedom means autonomy over your words, your body, and your future. Civic Revival USA stands for personal liberty balanced by public responsibility. Civil Freedom is the freedom guaranteed to all Americans by our constitution, granting protection from governement restrictions and ensuring the ability to act as a private citizen.

Goal:
Protect every person’s right to live, love, and believe freely without fear or government intrusion.

Why It Matters:

  • Free Speech: 90% of Americans value open expression.
  • Reproductive Freedom: 63% support legal abortion in most cases.
  • Equality: 70% support marriage equality and anti-discrimination laws.

What We Support:

  • Protecting free speech while countering harassment and disinformation.
  • Safeguarding abortion and access to contraception, family planning, and sex education as a private medical process. It is often true that most fetal development issues are not detectable until a complete anatomy scan between 18-20 weeks of gestation, followed by weeks of confirmatory appointments and mental health counseling before an abortion should be scheduled. For this reason, it makes the most common sense to offer safe and ethical abortion acccess up until 24 weeks gestation. Exceptions after this period should be made for serious health risks, life endagerment, or fetal anomaly.
  • Protect the 2nd ammendment, but use common sense. Criminals and mentally ill citizens should never own guns, period. Federal proposals should focus on background checks, gun safety, storage, and education.
  • Federal protections for LGBTQ+ equality in employment, housing, and healthcare.

Our Stance:
America’s story is one of newcomers and builders. Immigration policy should reflect compassion, fairness, and constitutional principles, not fear.

Goal:
Build a lawful, humane, and efficient immigration system rooted in American values.

Why It Matters:

  • 65% of Americans support a pathway to citizenship for long-term, law-abiding residents.
  • 70% favor stronger border security and fair legal systems.
  • Immigrants contribute billions in taxes and strengthen local economies.

What We Support:

  • Smart border technology and humane enforcement.
  • Streamlined legal immigration and asylum processing.
  • Protection of DREAMers and families from separation.
  • Earned pathway to legal status for those who meet the following criteria: United States resident for 5 years or longer, maintain employment, pay taxes, learn English, and stay law-abiding.

Our Stance:
Protecting the environment isn’t partisan, it’s patriotic. America can lead the world in clean technology, innovation, and stewardship. Stop framing this issue as “climate change”, as most Americans simply do not understand what phrases like “caused by human activity” means to them. This is a pollution issue, plain and simple.

Goal:
Protect our environment and our children’s future through clean air, clean water, and American energy independence. Pollution in all its forms causes climate change, tackle pollution, fix climate change.

Why It Matters:

  • 70%+ support stricter pollution standards.
  • 80% favor expanding renewable energy.
  • Communities see direct health benefits from cleaner air and water.

What We Support:

  • Enforcing clean air and water standards.
  • Investing in renewables and energy infrastructure that create U.S. jobs.
  • Supporting retraining programs for workers from fossil industries.

Our Stance:
The United States should always support democracy and human rights abroad, but our leaders are elected to serve America’s people first. Disagreeing with foreign leaders is not disloyalty; it’s democracy in action. For example, disagreeing with how an elected leader is managing a crisis in Israel should not be viewed as anti-semetic. Conversely, foreign allies abroad who openly disagree with our nation’s leaders are not considered anti-american, simply because they disagree with policy positions.

Goal:
Defend democratic allies, uphold international law, and put American interests first.

Why It Matters:

  • Around 70% support standing with democratic allies.
  • 65% say leaders must prioritize domestic needs before foreign entanglements.
  • Most Americans favor diplomacy over endless military conflict.

What We Support:

  • Defending democratic allies and international law.
  • Promoting diplomacy and peace over war.
  • Rejecting authoritarianism in any form.
  • Ensuring foreign aid and policy benefit U.S. workers, security, and stability.
